What you will actually be doing
You book a date and join at the stated time. The bowls are played during the session, rather than being a playlist that starts whenever you arrive. You do not play an instrument, copy movements or take a meditation test.
At home, you can sit in a chair or lie down. You control your listening volume. Thoughts can come and go while you listen; an empty mind is not the entry requirement.

BHAVANAHHF · GISELA ALCALÁ
The person behind the instruments
I’m Gisela. I studied piano, guitar, percussion and singing before training with Himalayan singing bowls. Music is one way into this experience. You can be interested in the instruments without needing to share my spiritual background.
Read my story →Curiosity is enough
You do not have to describe yourself as spiritual, relaxed or good at talking about feelings. You can come because the sound interests you. There is no particular way that a man is expected to respond.
Listening does not require sharing a personal story with the group. If a practical question is holding you back, ask before booking. Knowing the format is more useful than trying to predict whether you will have a dramatic experience.
Check the sound through your own setup
A recording played through your headphones is a simple way to start. Set a comfortable volume and notice whether the tones appeal to you. The sample is short; it is not the complete live session.
Online listening is different from being in the room with the bowls. Your speakers or headphones and surroundings affect what you hear. You do not need to turn the volume up to feel a stronger vibration or make participation count.
Pick an open date or ask about a private session
The public dates are mixed, open groups, not men-only events. You reserve a place for yourself. Check the guidance language and convert the Madrid time for your location before paying.
For a gathering with friends or a private appointment, contact us about an online or in-person arrangement. Private sessions can be at home or another location on request, with a separate price. They allow preferences to be discussed beforehand rather than using the public group format.
A participant’s online experience
A published review of an online session, not a testimonial for an exclusive group or a company event. It describes a personal experience, not a guaranteed result.
★★★★★
I was a bit skeptical about doing a Sound Healing session online since I usually attend them in person, but it truly exceeded my expectations. Using my headset, the sound quality was incredible and I could fully immerse myself in the experience. The best part was being able to relax in my own bed without having to leave the house. I would definitely recommend trying an online session.

Is there a men-only group?
The dates in our online collection are open groups. A specific private gathering is something to enquire about separately.
Must I know how to meditate?
No. You can simply listen to the instruments, sitting or lying comfortably.
Will I need my own singing bowl?
No. Gisela plays the bowls live. You need a device, internet access and comfortable headphones or speakers.
If you would like to join the online group
