Sound Bath Session Description 🎶✨

This sound bath session uses ancient therapeutic techniques with singing bowls to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The experience begins with gentle movements and conscious breathing exercises, followed by a guided meditation to prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation.

As the session unfolds, the facilitator creates an immersive sound bath by playing the singing bowls—either directing their vibrations toward participants or placing them in the center of the space. Each session is intuitively guided, allowing the sounds to flow in alignment with the energy of the moment. At the end, there is time to share experiences and receive feedback.

During the session, your role is simply to find a comfortable position, relax, and surrender to the experience. Trust the process as you observe the sounds, body sensations, aromas, and inner perceptions.

This sound bath gently guides your mind through different brainwave states—from Beta (active thinking) to Alpha (relaxed awareness), Theta (deep relaxation), and sometimes Delta (dream-like state)—offering profound therapeutic benefits and a deep sense of inner calm. ✨
