Online Sound Bath – Sunday, 20:00 (Madrid)

60 minutes · €15 · Live group session on Zoom.

Set aside time to listen to singing bowls from home. The Sunday sound bath offers space to rest, focus on sound and explore meditation. Beginners are welcome.

Time and upcoming dates

Sunday, 20:00–21:00, Madrid time (Europe/Madrid). The session follows mainland Spain's local time, including summer and winter clock changes. If you are joining from another country, convert this time for your chosen date.

Select one of the two available dates before adding the session to your cart. The €15 price covers one person attending one group session.

What to expect

The bowls are played live while you listen from a comfortable space. You can sit or lie down and change position whenever you need to. Everyone experiences the sounds differently; a particular result is not promised.

Language and Zoom access

Guidance is in English or Spanish depending on the group. If you need a particular language, check with us before booking. After booking, you will receive an email with the instructions and a link for your session. You do not need a Zoom account.

How to prepare

• A phone, tablet or computer with a stable internet connection.
• Headphones or speakers at a comfortable volume.
• A quiet space and 60 minutes without interruptions.

You do not need your own singing bowls or meditation experience. Listening online through headphones or speakers is different from sharing a room with the instruments.
